What is the production time for my order?
When you place your order, we wait a minimum of 24 hours before considering it validated (in case of change of mind or change of address for example).
Tyron Tampa is committed to ethics and sustainable development.
we print designs on demand to end mass production because we want to give value to our clothes and ensure greater quality for our customers.
When validating your order, we proceed with production which can vary by a few days.
We find this unique because your clothes are designed specifically for you.
What are the delivery times and methods?
In France, delivery is made by post in a tracked letter.
Our processing times are on average 2 to 5 working days. This does not include shipping time.
The announced time for the post office is 48h / 72h.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for a delivery time not respected by the carrier.
Delivery times outside EUROPE:
Only for our t-shirts, orders shipped internationally would take approximately 10 to 20 working days. On occasion, it can be longer than 20 days due to internal problems with the carriers that can delay delivery.
Our t-shirts are shipped from Europe.
Do you want to cancel your order?
We allow at least 24 hours to pass before confirming the order, so you must contact us during this period.
When we confirm your order, order cancellation is no longer permitted, it will be billed to you and will be shipped.
Of course, in the event of a defect or error on our part, we will send the product again at our expense.
How do I track my orders?
When we validate the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We assign a tracking number to each order to France.
Attention regarding tracking:
The postal service is sometimes imprecise: your packages may already be in your mailbox that the tracking indicates that the package has just been taken care of.
My order should have arrived, but I still have not received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Go to your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor's, contact us at contact@tyrontampa.com with your order number.
If you have found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your expense.
Is your package lost?
Upon delivery, in the event of loss, we undertake to resend or refund you only after the carrier has officially declared the loss of the package
This provision does not apply to products indicated as delivered.
Did your order arrive damaged or not compliant?
If your ordered item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part during the manufacture of the product, we will simply ask you for a photo, a brief description of the problem and the order number.
Once this information is received, we will send you a new product at no additional cost
